Since our establishment in 1964, Pioneer Waterproofing has provided a broad range of repair and maintenance services to customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. With our trademark services of waterproofing, masonry restoration, joint sealants and deck repair, our crews have worked on almost every major commercial building, historic landmark and college campus in Oregon. Our mission statement has always been to ‘get the job done right – the first time’ and with over five decades of experience on Northwest projects, we need little guidance.

One of the keys to our continued growth has been our ability to find, research and test new technologies for our industry. With over 30 diverse services such as carbon fiber, seismic stabilization, epoxy injection, and concrete repair, we invest heavily in our crews by providing continuing education and training.
