Given strong demand for services in this part of the Pacific Northwest, Pioneer Waterproofing launched a satellite office in 2013 to serve the Spokane & Inland Northwest Region. The office’s work is under the umbrella of President Mike Crawford with local Project Manager Steven Karaba overseeing day-to-day operations. Working closely with Mike, Steven oversees all aspects of estimating, bidding, scheduling, sourcing materials and coordinating work with construction partners. The office welcomes inquiries for any of our diverse services including deck coating, epoxy flooring, waterproofing, masonry restoration, concrete repair and caulking.
